My Approach

In my coaching, I work together with the horse, which moves freely and responds to your energy, body language, and intention. The horse acts as a mirror, making blockages visible and providing immediate insights into your patterns and emotions.

As a coach, I translate the horse’s responses into practical guidance that helps you break through limiting patterns. My sessions are experiential and take place in a safe environment where you can be fully yourself. This creates space for deep, lasting change without judgment.

For larger workshops or team sessions, I always work with a second equine coach. This ensures the experience is fully supported and the safety of the group is maintained.

What is Equine Coaching?

Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC) is a powerful, experiential form of coaching in which horses help you better understand yourself, grow, and break through unconscious patterns and emotions.

Horses respond to body language and emotions, acting as a mirror for our behavior and feelings. Through this direct interaction, you gain valuable insights into your behavior, communication, and personal goals. This allows you to grow faster and more effectively and improve your ability to handle stress.

What Makes Equine Coaching Unique?

Equine Assisted Coaching offers a unique, experiential approach that challenges you not only cognitively but also engages your body, emotions, and energy. Horses respond immediately to your body language and energy, making unconscious patterns and behaviors more visible and easier to recognize.

This direct feedback allows you to gain insights more quickly and break through blockages.”

Equine Assisted Coaching vs. Traditional Coaching

Equine coaching provides rapid insights through direct interaction with the horse, whereas traditional coaching often requires more time for reflection.

In equine coaching, the emphasis is on bodily experience and energy, rather than solely on verbal communication.

What to Expect During a Session?

You will not be riding the horse; the focus is entirely on interaction and connection, during which the horse may reflect certain reactions:

  • Mirroring: Horses respond to your emotions and often reflect similar behaviors.

  • Support: Horses provide assistance in processing tension and can literally stand beside or behind you to offer this support.

  • Systemic work: Horses can represent family or work dynamics.
