My Approach

My work with horses is a body-based, healing-oriented process that goes beyond traditional equine coaching.

We work through the body, the nervous system, and the interaction with the horse to create awareness and change.

I always work 1-on-1 with you and the horses.

For team or group work, I collaborate with another horse coach so we can facilitate this in a safe and aligned way.

The horses are not ridden and are free to move during the sessions.

Horses respond directly to what you express; in your body, your energy, and your intention. Without judgment, without filter.

Because of this, they often reflect very honestly what is going on within you, even when you cannot fully recognise it yourself yet.

Working with Horses

During the sessions with horses, you don’t need to explain or analyse anything. You naturally come into contact with what is happening in your body.

Through the interaction with the horse, it becomes visible how you respond to tension, contact, and safety, often faster and more honestly than your mind can figure out.

Sometimes deeper systemic layers also become visible.

When that happens, we work with what is needed in the moment, sometimes using constellations with the horses to explore these layers further.

We slow down and take the time needed so you can feel what is happening in your system and what it needs.

What this work can bring you?

In this work, you often move out of your head and into a deeper connection with what your body has been communicating for a longer time.

Themes such as boundaries, taking up space, safety, trust, making choices in life or work, or tension held in connection with others may arise.

This creates not only insight, but also a felt experience of something new; how you are present, how you respond, and how you relate to others.

What this work brings is different for everyone.

 

Many people experience more calm, clarity in both mind and body and insights that continue to unfold in daily life.

Who this is for & how to start?

This work is for you if you notice that you are often in your head, holding tension, or finding it difficult to truly feel what is happening in your body.

Maybe you notice that talking is no longer enough, or that you keep repeating patterns you cannot seem to shift.

It can also be supportive if you feel overstimulated, experience a lot of stress, or are recovering from long-term tension or burnout.

This work can also be valuable for teams who want to explore communication, collaboration, and leadership, and gain insight into the patterns within these dynamics.

We don’t work through analysis, but through experience and what unfolds in the present moment.

You can start with a single introductory session to experience how this work feels for you. From there, we will look together, in a calm and grounded way, whether a follow-up process or tailored trajectory fits your needs.
