Maybe you feel tired, overwhelmed, or you are going through a period of burnout or physical symptoms that are hard to pinpoint.

And no matter how well you understand it… it keeps repeating itself in relationships, work, or the choices you make.

Maybe that is exactly the point where talking is no longer enough.

What is happening beneath the surface
 

It is not that you do not understand it — often you do.

Only, beneath the surface there is something else at play. A current of tension, alertness, or control that has settled in your body.

You may notice that you adapt, people-please, or keep falling into the same patterns of reaction, without consciously choosing to.

These are often not new patterns, but old responses that once served you, and are still shaping how you feel, move, and connect.

As long as you mainly relate to it from your mind, you tend to stay on the surface.

The shift does not come from understanding more, but from feeling what is actually present in your body.

That is where this work begins.

My Approach
I do not work only through talking or analyzing, but mainly through experience.
What happens in your body in the present moment is the starting point of the work.

You do not need to understand it all over again.
Your body often already shows exactly where tension or patterns are held.

I support you in reconnecting with that — gently, carefully, and without forcing anything.
