Meet Tatjana

I support people who feel that insight alone is no longer enough and who long for change on a deeper level.

Through working with horses, body-oriented coaching, breathwork, and ceremonial work (plant medicines), I create space to slow down, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

Body-oriented · Experiential · Intuitive · Down-to-earth

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve already done a lot to understand yourself — talking, analyzing, reflecting — but somewhere along the way, it feels like something isn’t truly changing.

You spend a lot of time in your head, while your body tells a different story: tension, stress, restlessness, or overwhelm.

Perhaps you notice that you regularly cross your own boundaries, adapt yourself to others, or are primarily focused on what other people need.

Or maybe you feel stuck in certain patterns; in relationships, at work, or in the choices you make.

You may understand very well what is happening, but that doesn’t always mean you’re able to actually change it.

Maybe it’s time to not only understand, but also feel and experience what is truly going on.
Understand → Feel → Experience → Change.

My Story & Vision

My own journey has taught me that insight alone is not always enough. You can understand something very well, yet that doesn’t automatically mean that real change takes place.

My journey began in the former Yugoslavia, where I grew up surrounded by nature and animals. My connection with nature and animals has remained an important foundation throughout my life.

When I moved to the Netherlands as a child, I temporarily lost part of my sense of safety and connection. During my teenage years, I became caught up in partying and numbing myself. At eighteen, I consciously chose a different path and began a deep process of personal development.

Before fully committing to this work, I spent many years working in the corporate world, most recently as a Trade Compliance Manager. This experience gave me a strong understanding of organizations, responsibility, work pressure, and the dynamics that can arise within teams. Today, it allows me to look not only at personal development, but also to understand the broader context of organizations and the business world.

The transition into my current work therefore never felt like a completely new direction. Rather, it felt like a natural evolution of what had always interested me: people, patterns, personal growth, and what lies beneath the surface.

Over the years, I have experienced for myself how much can change when you stop trying only to understand what is happening and begin to listen to your body, your feelings, and your inner wisdom.

That experience forms the foundation of the way I work.

I believe that real change doesn’t come from talking, analyzing, or understanding alone, but through slowing down, feeling, and experiencing.

That is why my work is body-oriented and experiential. Horses, breathwork, embodied coaching, and ceremonial work are different pathways, but for me they all share the same essence: creating space to come closer to yourself and become aware of what is truly happening beneath the surface.

Horses hold a special place in this work. They respond to what is happening in the present moment and mirror things that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. They invite us to step out of our heads and become truly present.

Breathwork and ceremonial work can also open doors to deeper layers of awareness and experience. I hold these processes with care, respect, and attention to each person’s individual pace and journey.

My role is not to tell you who you should be or where you need to end up. My role is to create a safe space in which you can explore, experience, and reconnect with yourself.

Ultimately, that is what my work is about:

Coming home to yourself.
