Safety and Considerations
Breathwork is safe for most people.
Sometimes it can be helpful to check what feels right for you — with a doctor or with me.
For certain heart or lung conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, specific mental health challenges, or during pregnancy, it’s best to discuss it first.
In many cases, breathwork is still possible through a personalized, adapted session.
This allows you to safely and comfortably explore what breathwork can do for you.
Each session takes place in a calm, safe environment.
I adjust the exercises to your body, your feelings, and your needs.
Beforehand, there is always a short intake to discuss together what works best for you.
