Team development with horses

For teams and organisations that want to grow in collaboration, communication, and mutual alignment, I work with horses as an experiential mirror.

Depending on your needs, we work with either a team day or a trajectory spread over multiple sessions.

With the horses, it becomes immediately visible how the team interacts; in communication, behaviour, and group dynamics.

Not in theory, but in the moment itself.

Horses respond to what is happening within the group, which makes patterns visible faster and more honestly than through conversation alone.

Team day or trajectory

A team day is a one-time, intensive session focused on insight, collaboration, and team dynamics.

This can be a half or full day, depending on your needs.

A trajectory consists of multiple sessions spread over several months and is intended for teams that want to deepen and develop more structurally.

We always work with what is present in the team at that moment, such as communication, trust, leadership, and collaboration.

Each session is guided by two experienced horse coaches, ensuring enough space, attention, and safety in the process.

The team day can be fully tailored to your wishes, including catering such as lunch and/or dinner.

Team days are suitable for teams of 4 up to approximately 16 people.

This work is suitable for teams and organisations that want to strengthen their collaboration and gain deeper insight into their group dynamics.

For teams that notice that talking alone is not enough, and that want to experience what happens in real interaction, behaviour, and connection.

I work with organisations that are open to development that is not only mental, but also experiential and embodied.

Trajectories are always tailored to the context and goals of the team, so that insights can directly translate into daily practice.

I work from different locations, including Berlicum and Heeswijk-Dinther. Other locations are possible by agreement.
