Mijn 3e truffel ceremonie. Iedere x een stapje verder. Iedere x een stapje dichter bij mezelf komen.
Na iedere ceremonie ga ik weer met een goed gevoel naar huis en uiteindelijk draaide het daar ook om.
Op een plekje zijn waar ik mezelf kan zijn. Huilen, struggelen. Alles kan alles mag.
Mini stukje van mezelf mogen bekijken in mijn reis. Geeft me de kracht en de wijsheid dat ik op het juiste pad zit. Nu doorzetten en mijn reis vervolgen zoals ik het graag zou willen. ❤

Tatjana is behalve een warm persoon, ook erg deskundig en wist precies hoe ze een veilige omgeving kon creëren.

Twee keer een truffel reis mogen ervaren onder begeleiding van Tatjana.
Een groepssessie en een klein jaar later een duo sessie bij mij thuis.
Eigenlijk is het niet te doen om deze prachtige ervaring in woorden uit te drukken. Tatjana is zo kundig en ervaren waardoor je je echt veilig voelt. Het begint al met de voorbereiding en intake.
Ze zorgt dat je vooraf echt ‘ready to go’ bent, vol vertrouwen.
Tijdens de sessie wist ze precies wanneer ik haar even nodig had. Voor een knuffel, om inzichten te delen of om gewoon even te lachen. :) Het was hierdoor makkelijker de controle los te laten om uiteindelijk heel diep te kunnen gaan.
Daarbij voel je haar passie en liefde om mensen te helpen in hun proces.
Echt prachtig om te voelen. Een engel ben je! ❤️

Wat was het fantastisch en mooi, alles van het begin tot het einde van de ceremonie.
De begeleiding door Tatjana was enorm prettig (en nog, zo na de ceremonie in het integratieproces). Setting was erg fijn, openheid en liefdevol.

On May 17th, I experienced a breathwork session with Jop and Tatjana.
I have participated in several of the practices they offer, including the truffle ceremony, but I must admit that this was the one I underestimated the most.
I felt a part of myself that I had never felt before and was able to release a lot of trauma through vibrations in my right arm.
This was the missing piece for me—the realization that hadn’t fully clicked yet—now making it very clear that I am on the right path. A beautiful experience gained.
I will take my time to let this settle and do its work.

Wow, my first truffle ceremony was such a special experience.
A magical journey. I come from an environment where the mindset is “just be normal, that’s crazy enough”, but I felt the need for something different and became increasingly curious about the world of plant medicine. A moment just for myself.
After a turbulent period, I wanted a day to pause, to give myself a moment of relaxation and reflection. And what a profound journey it was.
I struggled to fully surrender, but in the end, it was your love, care, and above all, the deep sense of safety you provided that truly touched me.
You were born for this.
I know I need to learn to open myself up more to what my heart whispers to me—without letting my mind take over again. That’s a process.
It was a wave of emotions rising and falling. A sense of shame at times, and also the feeling of not yet being able to fully grasp everything that happened. A hard reset.
I feel calmer now. I allow my thoughts and emotions to be there, then try to release them without letting them take over. That brings space and lightness. I’m slowly shedding layers.
Small steps, but I’m really curious about what else this journey will bring me.
I will definitely attend another ceremony.

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of experiencing a truffle journey.
Beforehand, I had a thorough and clear phone consultation, which provided great insight.
And then came the day of the truffle ceremony—what an experience! The space felt safe and familiar.
At first, I struggled with a lot of resistance, but thanks to the loving and expert guidance of Tatjana and the team, I felt safe enough to surrender to the journey.
The experience itself was a mix of emotions, and in the days and weeks that followed, I realized that the journey doesn’t just end on the day itself.
I feel lighter, there is more space to view situations with love, and something I deeply appreciate is that Tatjana remains available in the days and weeks after the ceremony for any questions or support.
One thing is certain—this was definitely not my last journey with Tatjana.

De voorbereiding was goed, de begeleiding op de dag was super en niet te vergeten de nazorg die je krijgt met zoveel liefde en aandacht.
Ik heb een mooie reis mee mogen maken, die fysiek wel een aanslag was op mijn lijf (daar had ik me op verkeken) maar me hele mooi inzichten heeft gegeven.

Two weeks ago, I experienced my first truffle ceremony with Tatjana and Marie José.
I experienced loving guidance in a safe environment, accompanied by beautiful, soothing music. I'm a somewhat more experienced traveler (LSD and Aya), but the ladies really know what they’re doing. It's a warm setting where you can be completely yourself.
If I want to travel with truffles again, I will definitely return to these amazing ladies

This is one of the most extraordinary things I’ve ever experienced.
It was my first time attending a ceremony with plant medicine. I had never used drugs in my life, so I found it really nerve-wracking.
But Tatjana and Marie-José truly created a very safe space, and as soon as I entered, I felt completely at ease. The group was also incredibly wonderful.
I am currently going through one of the most painful periods of my life, which is why the patterns that were blocking my happiness came to the surface so strongly.
I can honestly say that after the truffles, this pain has reduced by 50%, and for the first time in my life, I’m not letting my happiness depend on others. I can’t even describe how, but I am so grateful! I’m also genuinely amazed at how much this has helped me.
The ceremony itself was very emotional for me, but I knew I had to go through it. You are lovingly supported whenever needed.
I have quite a bit of experience with therapy, but this experience has taken me so much further than all the therapy combined. You are thoroughly prepared for the ceremony, and you also receive the aftercare you need. Tatjana and Marie-José are truly there for you.

The ceremony was such a huge gift to myself!
Even though I went in very open-minded, without expectations, just curious about what it would bring me, I have since felt like a bundle of love!
The emotion that sometimes comes up is pure love, coming from the connection with my soul. I am deeply grateful for what I felt, saw, and received during the ceremony.
I gained clarity and confirmation on aspects of my earthly life, and why I feel the way I do in certain earthly situations. I truly feel more softness in those areas because I know and feel that these earthly processes/lessons are what my soul has chosen.
I feel more peace in my system, which allows me to enjoy earthly life more again. I am regaining joy in certain areas. And the love that flows through me—wow, words can’t express it.
But I truly feel that this comes from my soul/my higher self.
The voice of my soul is clearer. Where a while ago I sometimes experienced noise or didn’t listen to it, I now do so more and more. I take steps and dare to leap… actually moving into the process of self-love and what makes me feel good.
Life flows exactly as it should. I trust fully, leaning back, because I know the universe is catching me. It holds me and has my best interests at heart.
Gifts fall into my lap, meaningful conversations unfold.
The guidance, the safe space, the softness, and the love from Marie José & Tatjana was/is so beautiful… so pure! From the preparation to the ceremony itself and the aftercare, it’s all so loving. They are truly there for you!

Talking and acting is my natural mechanism. With the ceremony, I was looking for a way to get to the core more quickly and feel more deeply. The subconscious, where the solution lay.

De truffelceremonie bij Tatjana en Marie José was heel bijzonder voor mij.
Van in het begin kwam ik terecht in een bad vol liefde en zorgden ze ervoor dat iedereen zich veilig voelde. Aan alles was gedacht, goede voorbereiding met een deelcirkel, duidelijke uitleg wat te verwachten, prachtige muziek tijdens de reis, heerlijke ligbedjes, tijd erna om weer te landen en zelfs nazorg.
Ik kon niet beter terechtgekomen zijn en ik zou het iedereen aanraden om eens deel te nemen!

Wat een ongelofelijke ervaring!
Ik vond het enorm spannend, maar al toen de deur open ging voelde ik me zó welkom! Alles klopte, de ruimte, de sfeer, de geuren. Ik voelde mij meteen ontspannen worden. De begeleiding kon écht niet beter.

In november '23 heb ik meegedaan met een truffelceremonie van Marie José en Tatjana.
Sidenote: ik ben een mega controlefreak en nog nooit iets in mijn leven ervaren op dit gebied.
Ergens voelde ik de nieuwsgierigheid in mij. Met ook nog wel gedachten over het toch maar niet doen.
Maar die gedachten liet ik simpelweg niet winnen! :)
Ik heb mij deze hele dag veilig gevoeld. Wat een verbinding ga je aan zo'n dag.
Iets wat mij altijd bij zal blijven.
Wat het met mij heeft gedaan valt niet echt in woorden te vatten, ja oké; als een mega groot cadeau aan mezelf. Wanneer iemand twijfelt en het fijn vindt om juist met een deelnemer te praten, dan bied ik mij daar graag voor aan. Omdat ik snap dat het ook spannend kan zijn.
Ik kom nog een keertje terug. Dat weet ik gewoon!

De truffel ceremonie is werkelijk levens veranderend. Ook al is het nog maar 3 dagen gelden dat ik heb deelgenomen, merk ik dat ik mijn leven veel fijner kan vorm geven. Het is ineens heel makkelijk om oude patronen waar ik al een tijd me worstel te door breken. Echt fantastisch! Ik ben erg benieuwd wat voor een effect dit verder nog gaat hebben.
Dat deze ceremonie voor mij zo goed verlopen is, komt natuurlijk door de setting die gecreëerd werd. Een van openheid met veel liefde en nieuwsgierigheid . Het voelde meteen al erg vertrouwd.
Echt knap hoe dit word gedaan en hoe de hele ceremonie begeleid is. Voor een ieder die twijfelt zou ik dit zeker aanraden.

Wetende dat mijn “reis” een zware reis zou gaan worden was ik aangenaam verrast door de warme sfeer die er hing. Wat mij een warm welkom gaf en een fijne sfeer beleving.
Het stukje vertrouwen wat ik nodig had om me kwetsbaar op te stellen was er. Wat er ook op mijn pad zou komen ik kon het laten gebeuren. Dit gaf me rust.
Ondanks mijn zware, pijnlijke en mega confronterende reis kijk ik mijn fijne gevoelens terug op deze dag.
Veel los kunnen laten. Mooie inzichten gekregen. Mijn dank is waanzinnig groot.

Wat was het een bijzondere dag, wat een reis, wat magisch.✨
Met een groep onbekenden diep gaan. In het begin wat onwennig, snel daarna viel alles op zijn plek.
Veel emoties zijn voorbijgekomen.
Van wat ongemak naar intense blijheid, in je hoofd en weer terug naar het nu.
Marie José en Tatjana hebben ons geweldig begeleid. De fijne begeleiding, geuren, dansen hebben echt de dag gemaakt en je een zeer veilig gevoel gegeven. 🥰
Ik heb nu rust in mijn hoofd, ben ontspannen en heb antwoorden op mijn vragen gehad waar ik nu mee aan de slag kan. Het was een dag met een warm ❤.

Dit was een ervaring om nooit te vergeten!
Een heel andere dan van te voren verwacht maar blijkbaar precies wat ik nodig had. Aankijken en loslaten, ook al was het in het moment onaangenaam, het voelt nu precies zoals het moet zijn!
Jullie hebben me zoveel vertrouwen in het moment gegeven want ik vond het spannend en onaangenaam. Het verdriet van binnen was nu echt voelbaar in m’n lijf.

Wat een ervaring! Hoe mooi om iedereen in zijn/haar eigen proces te zien en te ontvangen wat nodig is.

Kundalini Healing Private Session
Ik ben bij Tatjana geweest voor een kundalini healing.
Ik had op voorhand geen hulpvraag of iets waar ik aan wilde werken, dus ik ben er open minded in gegaan.
Voor mij was de sessie uiteindelijk het vinden van ultieme rust, gecombineerd met het voelen stromen van mooie energieën.
